Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Starter plan is free; you may stop using it or close your account at any time.

A single payment valid for 1 year (365 days); there is NO auto-renewal. No cancellation step is needed — if you don't pay the yearly renewal fee at period end, the subscription simply ends.

A 7-day grace period follows the end date; your site stays live during it. Afterwards the account is downgraded to the free plan.

These auto-renew. You can cancel any time from your dashboard or the Paddle customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the END of the paid period — you keep all features until then.

Non-payment never deletes your content: your site is taken offline, paid features and any custom domain are switched off, and everything remains stored in your account. When you re-subscribe your site goes live again as it was.

The service is a digital service activated IMMEDIATELY after payment. As performance begins with your explicit consent at purchase, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.

No refunds are made for unused days, partial periods or downgrades.

If a technical error caused a duplicate or incorrect charge, write to contact@medsitebuilder.com; the amount is refunded after verification.

Before closing your account you can download all your data as JSON from the dashboard. After the recovery window following a closure request, your content is permanently deleted; invoices/financial records are kept for 10 years under tax law.
