Terms of Use & Subscription

The Platform lets you pick a template, manage profile/clinic and service/blog content, upload media, set SEO fields and publish on a subdomain (or a custom domain on eligible plans).

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, number of visitors/patients or appointments.

You must provide accurate, current information and are responsible for your account's security.

You warrant that the professional information you publish is accurate and complies with applicable healthcare/professional rules.

Current plans and fees are shown on the pricing page; prices exclude VAT/taxes. Billing is yearly: a first-year setup fee (covering setup plus the first year of hosting/maintenance/updates), then a yearly renewal fee. Payments within Turkey are processed by iyzico (up to 3 installments may be offered).

International payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; for those transactions, payment, tax and invoicing are also subject to Paddle's terms.

The billing currency is determined by the country of residence you provide at registration: residents of Turkey are charged in Turkish Lira (₺) and residents of other countries in US Dollars ($). Published prices may therefore differ between countries and are not necessarily exact currency equivalents.

When upgrading to a higher plan, only the difference between the two plans is charged for the remaining subscription term; the current period's end date does not change and the next renewal is billed at the new plan's yearly fee.

Support is provided by email. On plans that include priority support the target response time is 1 business day, on other plans 3 business days; these are targets, not guaranteed times.

The subscription period is 1 year. Turkey (iyzico) subscriptions are single payments with no auto-renewal, so you pay the yearly renewal fee at period end. International (Paddle) subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.

If payment isn't made by the end date, a 7-day grace period starts and your site stays live. If you pay within it, the new period is added from the existing end date (no lost days).

After the grace period the account is downgraded to the free plan and your site is taken offline; the custom domain and paid features are switched off. Your content is not deleted — it remains stored in your account, and when you re-subscribe your site goes live again with the same content.

Your content is retained until you close your account. On closure, an export is offered and content is deleted after a recovery window (financial records are kept for 10 years).

The service is a digital service performed immediately; once performance starts with your explicit consent there is no right of withdrawal. No refunds are made for partial periods.

You may not publish content that is unlawful or that breaches healthcare-advertising rules or public morals.

Patient testimonials/reviews and before/after images are off by default under Turkish rules; if you enable them, the responsibility is yours.

Copyright/trademark infringement, spam and activities that harm the system are prohibited.

You own the content you upload; you grant the Platform a hosting/display license to the extent needed to provide the service.

The Platform software, templates and brand belong to the Platform.

The service carries no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim; it is not liable for indirect damages.

We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms, payment default or unlawful use. You may close your account at any time.

We may update the terms and prices; material changes are announced reasonably in advance and price changes apply from the next period.

These terms are governed by Turkish law; for consumers, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
