Accounts are for physicians, dentists, clinics and related healthcare professionals/organisations. Fake identities, unauthorised accounts on someone else's behalf, and misleading claims about titles/specialties are prohibited.

Published content must comply with healthcare advertising/promotion rules. Guarantees of treatment outcomes, comparative superiority claims, misleading price/discount emphasis and demand-generating advertising are prohibited.

Patient testimonials and before/after images are off by default; enable them only if you are certain they are legally permitted, at your own responsibility.

Content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, glorifies violence, is obscene, or infringes third-party copyright/trademark/personality rights may not be published.

Knowingly false medical information, promotion of unapproved medicines/products, and sale/marketing of prescription products are prohibited.

The Platform is not a patient-record system. Do not request special-category health data (diagnoses, treatments) from visitors via the contact form; keep it to appointments and general contact.

Unauthorised access, security scanning/testing, overloading the service, hosting malware, sending spam and using the Platform infrastructure for unrelated purposes are prohibited.

Upon detecting a violation the Platform may remove content, disable a feature, suspend or terminate the account; in severe/urgent cases without prior notice. Report violations: contact@medsitebuilder.com.
